1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the upfront access to course content, we do not offer refunds in cases where:

• You change your mind after purchase

• You realize you do not have the time, motivation, or capacity to complete the program

• You experience personal scheduling conflicts or shifts in priorities

Once access has been granted to the course platform, all materials are considered “delivered” and non-refundable.

2. Quality & Expectations

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you believe that the course content:

• Does not align with what was clearly described on our website or landing page

• Falls short of the quality or value we publicly promised

We will review your request in good faith and may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund or alternative compensation where appropriate.

• We suspect dishonest intentions or exploitation of our refund process

• Multiple refund requests have been made from the same individual or payment source
